At Gymtegrity Gymnastics, our philosophy is simple. We strive to train all individuals with respect, encouragement and dedication, so they can reach their goals while building positive memorable experiences whether they are a tiny tot learning to balance on one foot or a high level competitive gymnast with hopes of a college scholarship. All of our programs are designed with the same fundamental goals: coordination, flexibility, strength, confidence, and most importantly FUN! All of these are required for any sports and the cultivation of a lifelong love of an active lifestyle.

Stuntz Academy has always maintained a distinguished reputation throughout the competitive cheer squad industry. ​ We have been in serving the children and community since 2003. Our goal is to give your children a way to stay fit and develop a competitive attitude while building confidence in themselves. One of the ways that we accomplish this goal is with tumble classes which teach the importance of technique and hard work in a fun atmosphere, while instilling confidence and success.

At Express All Stars, we believe that all-star cheerleading and dance is much more than just a sport, it is a path to build character, teamwork, dedication, perseverance, faith, and hard work, and most importantly, having fun with your family and friends. We are committed to helping kids develop confidence and skills to achieve success on the mat, dance floor, and in life. Our staff's knowledge, experience, and success are exceptional. Our coaches share the same passion and love for the industry as the athletes we get the privilege to coach. We offer teams for recreation, novice, prep, and elite. Everyone at Express All Stars is placed on a team, regardless of experience. In addition to our teams, we offer classes for all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or brand new to the sport, we have a class for you.

The primary goal of our program is to offer a safe, fun, family environment where children of all ages can learn about cheer, tumbling, and dance. Two aspects of our program separate Three Cheers from other programs: The quality of coaching–personal connections with each child and a true investment in their development as an athlete and a person. The type of environment–coaches, parents, and other athletes offer a welcoming, family atmosphere that encourages friendship and teamwork. With the benefit of over ten years experience in coaching and competing, our program offers young athletes a method to progress from entry-level recreational cheer to competitive all-star cheer.
